Return & Refund Policy

At ELLA & NOIR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Email us at support@ellaandnoir.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos if the item is defective.

  3. Fill out the Return Form provided below and include it in your return package.

⚠️ Returns must be shipped to the address we provide after your request is approved.
We do not accept packages sent without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
